A minimun of five Nagado-daiko drums of different size and pitch
*Substitute instruments may include different size drumset bass drums, marching bass drums, pickle barrels or tom-toms.
An unlimited number of Shime-daiko drums
*Substitute instruments include high pitched bongos or brake drums. At least three Shime-daiko performers needed.
Atarigane (Large Hand or Rope Gong) and O-daiko ("Big Fat Drum")
*Substitute instruments include traditional concert gongs and bass drums.
Piece comes with a CD-ROM which contains individual parts.
