Capture the essence of Japanese drumming with this piece from Ludwig Albert. Driving rhythms are paired with vocals and choreographed hand motions to give the piece excitement throughout.

Player I: Bongos
Player II: Wood Block or Temple Block, Snare Drum
Player III: 2 High Toms
Player IV: 3 Medium Toms
Player V: Bass Drum 1 (or low tom)

Internationally acclaimed, Ludwig Albert belongs with the top-flight of marimbists. After obtaining with greatest distinctions a First prize Percussion,  the Superior  Diploma  and a Master degree specialization marimba at the Royal Conservatory of Music in Antwerp-Belgium, he was the first Belgian marimbist admitted to the Toho Gakuan Music School in Tokyo ,where he studied marimba specialization with Keiko Abe. Afterwards he performed with Abe on several concert tours.
