Everything arrived as shown in picture. Nice quality cord. Springs were different than ones I was replacing. There were no directions and I never did figure out how to use the springs, so just used the old ones. Maybe I was just stupid, but my husband who is a professional musician (although not percussionist) could not figure out how the springs would work either.
