The Remo Didgeharp shaker is a brand new instrument to the percussion world and is a Remo Original. Just shake the Didgeharp and it blends the sounds of a Jaw Harp and Australian Didgeridoo. As you play it, you will also discover many other percussive sounds possible from this instrument. The Didgeharp shakers are made with a single musical spring inside the tube with a small button on opposite ends that control many aspects f the sonic properties.

Measures 12" X 2 1/4" and features the Walkabout Finish.

Despite what the little instructional video on YouTube shows, plucking the little 'button' on this thing is almost useless. However, as a shaker this thing is awesome. I have been looking for something like this - You hold it horizontally with one hand covering both ends, then use as a shaker. Unplug the 'spring' end and you get a nice didgeridoo blast, unplug the other end and you get a jaw harp blast, or leave both ends plugged for a dry rattle. Basically a three-tone shaker, with three very cool tones! With some practice you can come up with some unique and different-sounding rhythms... Seems a little weakly made, but for 10 bucks or whatever, maybe get two so when you break one you can keep playing...
