The Grover Pro Percussion T2/HS Hybrid Silver model is the newest addition to Grover's tambourine lineup. This model features both German Silver and Heat Treated Silver jingles that produce a full, bright sound similar to the standard German Silver model, but with added articulation at low dynamics like other Heat Treated models. A free tambourine bag is also included.

Grover Pro Percussion combines modern technology with "old world" craftsmanship to produce the finest concert tambourines available.

Dr. John Parks, Professor of Percussion at Florida State University describes this model this way: "The new Grover HYBRID tambourine combines the best of both Grover worlds: the incredible articulation and vintage nuances of the heat-treated instruments with the full, beautiful sound of the standard German Silver model. A PERFECT TAMBOURINE FOR EVERY APPLICATION - it has quickly become my "go to" instrument".

The new Roll Ring™ by Grover Pro Percussion is now included. It is designed to aid concert percussionists with the execution of thumb/finger tambourine rolls.

This circular ring helps players easily create the friction needed to produce a smooth, even sounding roll. The 1? wide band is specially shaped to conform to the outer edge of a headed concert tambourine. It has a special non-permanent adhesive backing that makes it super easy to put on and take off in just seconds! The Roll Ring is reusable and can be applied and stored numerous times.

I actually impulse bought this tambourine during a Steve Weiss sale where if you got a Grover tambourine, you'd get a free triangle. So I said "why not" and purchased this tambourine after some research. This tambourine. Is. Super. Awesome!! The blend of jingles is a greatly articulate and resonant blend that sounds wonderful across all dynamics, rolls, and extended techniques. It feels comfortable too and is athletic to move around for playing. So far I've used it in a few orchestra rehearsals and even in rock bands and it projects well. This tambourine made me realize that Grover tambourines deserve much more credit than they get. If you ever want a great tambourine, I recommend this one highly.

I take my tambourine to church every Sunday my church is 1,000 member plus ,a lot of members have tambourines ,everyone compliments me on my tambourine sound I bought from you ( its outstanding) like no other that I've purchase from others Thank you very much , Steve Weiss

I purchased one recently and first used it during a rehearsal of our orchestra. We played Carmen, so I thought I'd try my new tambourine. Not only did it sound great, but the conductor actually made a positive comment on the sound. It played very full and was extremely articulate during the pianissimo passages.
