Vic Firth, Inc. accepts no liability for stick damage which occurs as a result of non-compliance with the enclosed instructions. There will be standard wood wear as with any American Hickory stick manufactured by Vic Firth and such wear is not covered by this warranty. The electronic components are warranted for 45 days from the date of purchase, limited to repair or replacement ONLY at the sole discretion of Vic Firth Inc. to the original retail purchaser. At no time shall Vic Firth, Inc. be liable for any special or consequential damages related to the purchase or use of Litestix. Should the wood exhibit standard wear but there is a concern with the litestix electronics, send the sticks in question with a copy of the sales receipt directly to Vic Firth, postage paid.
