McNutt-Vacant Lot Sessions (S)-Drumline - Product Information
Vacant Lot Sessions comes from the 1993 Drum Corps International percussion champions Star of Indiana and arranger Colin McNutt. 1993 was the final year of Star of Indiana in DCI and was a very special year for the corps. Star of Indiiana won high percussion that year at DCI finals, with the overall corps finishing in 2nd. Then, all of a sudden, Star left the competitive ranks of DCI to embark on a new journey - Brass Theater (which developed into what is now known as Blast!) Here are two of their best pieces of work from that year - Star '93 (cadence) and Red's Rhumba (exercise).
