Alfredo Aracil is one of the greatest personalities of the Spanish music world His compositional work, of undeniable mastery, owns such sensitivity, elegance and subtility that is destined to last beyond the fashions and the present expositions. Been born in Madrid, 1954. Gomez studied with S. Tejeda, T. Marco, C. Bernaola, C. Halffter, L. of Pablo and A. Tamayo, among others, in Madrid, and K. Stokhausen, I. Xenakis, C. Wolf and M. Kagel, in Darmstadt. He has been scholarship holder of the Internationales Musikinstitut de Darmstadt and the Foundation Juan March among others institutions.
