Great Sticks

Comments:

This is the best set of sticks I've used. Great stick for jazz and fusion. The significant taper allows for a beefy stick in hand with a light feel on the cymbals and drums. Not ideal for rock but great for fusion and latin.

Umm...wow.

Comments:

Frankly, these sticks are great. They produce warm sounds across the entire drum set, but can also have a bite when you want them to. Admittedly, the tips may wear out a little faster than you'd want...but with these sticks, ANY time would be too soon. I highly recommend these, depending on the type of music you're playing. Peter Erskine is a jazz great. As you'd expect, his sticks are also very compatible with the genre. And while they also make good rock sticks (the light weight and balance allows a lot of speed), I would avoid them for any type of music that involves riding on a crash cymbal or the like, as this thinnish stick would probably break real quick. Overall, though, excellent piece of equipment.

great pair

Comments:

This a great pair of sticks overall. They sound great on the ride but are also hefty enough to get a good snare sound. This is personally my favorite pair of sticks on the drum set simply because of the cymbal sound and rebound they produce.
