I don't understand the title

I have now idea what IAT means and I didn't see it elsewhere to describe similar products. Very cool instrument and well worth the low price. It being a world instrument, I wish either the title or description pointed to resources of how the instrument is used in the authentic or original content, though.

Good product and well made. You can get several different sound options from it. It's not super loud however. It produces a very dry sound which is different than most shakers available.
