Comments: This produces a fairly quiet sound so it works best in quieter styles of music. The sound is water-like (think very light rain instead of heavier like with most rainsticks). Some of the seeds don't seem like they will stay on very long, but most appear to be securely attached.

Seed Shaker

Comments: This is a very versatile instrument, I bought it to use as a shaker on my hihat, but was not loud enough. I ended up putting a little piece of rope around it when its unvelcrod and put it on my ride cymbal for a sizzle effect. Also if you mount it unvelcrod to a cymbal stand it works as a very subtle rain stick without having to use a giant one.

Seed pod shaker

Comments: Nice sounding shaker, not very loud but more subtle soft rattle sound. the band is a little tight on my wrist, and the sewing of the velcro is a mite suspect but all in all I like it especially for the price.
