Great mallets, ideal for

Comments: I bought these mallets for playing the glock excerpt from "The Magic Flute: Act 1, Finale". The end with the smaller brass head provides the ideal sound I wanted for the excerpt. My only gripe is that the opposing brass head leaves too much weight in the hand and not enough head weight. I recommend taking the heavier heads off and placing them on separate shafts so the performance is less tense when using the smaller brass heads. Great mallets though!

Orchestral Percussionist's best friend!

Comments: These mallets have come in very useful for covering celesta parts for orchestra, which I have been asked to do more times than I feel necessary. Give them to the keyboard player already! I also like the fact the the shafts are so flexible, making staccato sounds easier and cleaner. Perfect for crotales as well.
