World Percussion
Strokes, hand positions, and sound concepts for African, Afro-Cuban, Brazilian, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, and Asian percussion instruments.
Concert Percussion
Includes information on keyboard percussion, timpani, snare drum, percussion accessory instruments, cymbals, etc.
Marching Percussion
Exposure to key elements of the drum line battery: snare drums, tenors, tonal bass drums and cymbals.
Drum Set
Basic approach to coordination, instrument selection, tuning, learning styles, care and maintenance of equipment.
