Alan Black found a new use for all of those pesky plastic shopping bags. Black invented many "extended techniques" to bring musical life to a common household item. We can all do our part to reduce, reuse and recycle by playing this piece. Bags sold separately.

Alan Black is the director of the MSU Jazz Ensemble and teaches percussion, Percussion Ensemble, Jazz/Rock Music Appreciation, Percussion Instruments Class, Marching Band Methods, and secondary music education.  He is the Co-director of the MSU Marching Band and the Basketball Pep Band and he also directs the Winterguard, one of the few university-sponsored competitive colorguards in Texas.
