Comments: I really like these heads! Have used them on 18" and now 20" bass drums. They create a concise and controlled thwop, and really don't require a lot of tweaking. If you are looking for big booms, though, this might not be your head...although I have not experimented on larger drums than the above mentioned. I play funk, and for the moment have found the perfect smackeroo!
