Comments: I really liked these mallets. They are an excellent all purpose choice. They cut and articulate well, but not I did find them a little lighter than I like and shorter in the shaft. I didn't have the opportunity to try the other two Locke models.

Comments: I'm very satisfied with these mallets. They have a bigger head than I'm used to but the full warm sound is just what I was looking for.
