Description

The Liberty One Remo Practice Pad Stand is a versatile and essential accessory for any drummer or percussionist using a Remo practice pad. Designed to securely hold any Remo pad with a standard 1/4-20 threaded insert, this stand provides a stable and adjustable playing surface for practice, warm-ups, and technique development.

The height-adjustable design allows the stand to be easily positioned for seated or standing practice, making it suitable for a wide range of players and practice environments. A built-in tilt function lets players angle the pad to match their natural playing position, accommodating both matched grip and traditional grip techniques. This adjustability supports proper posture and helps reduce strain during extended practice sessions.

Rubberized feet on the base of the stand provide added stability while also reducing impact and vibration transfer from the practice pad to the stand and floor. This helps minimize unwanted noise and movement, making the stand ideal for home practice, classrooms, and shared spaces.

Simple to set up and highly functional, the Remo Practice Pad Stand is a must-have add-on for getting the most out of any Remo practice pad.

  • Fits all Remo practice pads with a 1/4-20 threaded insert
  • Height adjustable up to 37"
  • Tilt adjustment for matched and traditional grip players
  • Rubberized feet for stability and reduced noise transfer

This gets my highest rating because it is exactly what is advertised, and no more. This stand isn built to be very light and portable, and it is. Can be carried with an armload of other things for a drumming class. Needs to be tighter securely to stay at the height or tilt, but will stay well.

This is not heavy-duty hardware; it is not meant to be. But it is perfectly functional for its purpose. You do need to be careful not to over-tighten the pad onto the stand, or crank the height-adjustment knobs, and be mindful of where the knobs lay when you pack it into a bag, etc. Most people make those errors, and they apply to ANY piece of drum hardware, not just this stand. Also, a smaller pad (6") is easier on the stand than a larger (10") pad, because there is less "wobble-torque" when you play or apply pressure near the edges. (A smaller pad is better for beginners anyway, because it is more portable, and more importantly, it teaches better stick control. The larger versions are still too small to practice brush playing, so they really serve no purpose to Humanity.) You can get the Remo brand version of this stand if you like, but IMO, it is not worth the extra money. Treat your gear - any gear - with care and respect, and it will outlive you.

I have used this stand in my studio for about 2 years and the fitting for the screw has already stripped.
