Snare adjustment on Premier HTS

I have a Premier HTS Scottish side drum that has a square-head bolts that adjust the tension of the bottom snare and the use of a traditional drum key is cumbersome at best. and frustration all of the time. I combined this drill-bit drum key with a ball ratchet (about 1" dia.) and now I can fine tune the snare without having the key falling out of my hand every-other turn.
