Innovative CL1L Chris Lamb Birch Laminate Concert Snare Drumsticks - Product Information

Designed to the exacting specifications of Christopher Lamb, Principal Percussionist with the New York Philharmonic, this series has been created specifically for the orchestral snare drummer. The CL-1 is constructed of high quality maple and features a long taper for a great feel and quick response. The bullet shaped bead creates a full dark sound at pianissimo to mezzo forte volume levels. The CL-1L offers the same design as the CL-1, but it is constructed of laminated birch to offer increased consistency in weight and pitch.

    Comments: If you want a beautiful sounding sticks, these are your pair! They are so light yet give off a strong sound. You feel the sounds traveling around the room. I really recommend these sticks.

    Comments: these sticks have a very nice weight to them. they also have a very wide range in which they can be used in, from pp to ff. I use them to play pieces and excerpts such as scherezade, and delecluse etudes. a very good general stick that is worth the buy.

    Comments: These are really great sticks. I like the control you get from these sticks. This is a good choice for those who like more weight on the back of the stick. Sound produces a warm and dark sound.

    Great Sticks

    Comments: When I played with these sticks I was very happy with how much control I had at piano and double piano. They also had a very good clarity which was what I needed for my snare drum NYSSMA solo. Overall, these were great sticks.
