I really like this mallet - sound is good and it has a good bounce. However, it says on the website that it is 13" and that's not really true, more like 12.25". I would like them to be at least an inch longer. It would be great if there was a choice of lengths.
Mallets provide a much fuller sound then my previous sticks. I just wish they were an inch or two longer. Otherwise I am pleased with the sticks.
