The Meinl Fiberglass Headliner Series Congas offer that classic conga tone with fantastic, crisp slaps and deep, round low end tones. For years professional congueros have been using fiberglass drums not only for their durability and resistance to the elements but also for the sound. The mid range presence is more pronounced with the fiberglass drums and is sometimes hard to get from wood drums.
