I am more than satisfied with this product. I have a pair of Black Swamp castanets that fit well into them. The wood is beautiful and the construction is well designed and very sturdy. Very happy/

Exactly what I needed with one modification

Comments:

These work exactly as I had hoped except that, paired the Epstein 6G castanets, they did NOT close tight enough to hold the castanets securely. I just had to put a small piece of moleskin on each of the edges that touches the castanet handle to make up for the gap.
