I received my order and it is very high quality material, all pieces are there with good enough instructions. Just Be careful when ordering, as I was attempting to order this, and received a trio one. I am not sure if maybe I clicked on the wrong one since the picture is identical to the trio. The directions in box received came with a picture of the quad set right on top as well, but yet it was a trio carrier. I put it together almost completely before I realized the bar was the incorrect length. I called and received assistance immediately. I was informed that I had indeed ordered the trio accidentally. Although I think that the only difference between the quad and trio was the length of the bar itself but was actually directed to buy the more expensive quad carrier after customer service looked at pictures of my set. I was pleased with the help I received and communicated pictures via email while still connected on the phone with the customer service. Was able to make the order for the correct carrier over the phone so I expect to receive it soon! Went to the post office and mailed back the return as soon as we got off the phone. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend!
