I have one of these. It sounded great until it started to rattle. I don't hit very hard and only use this for occasional accents. Now it rattles as if there is a small crack somewhere, but no matter how hard I look I cannot find one anywhere. No idea if this is a problem with these in general or if I was just unlucky but until I can find the crack or it gets larger so I can see it, it is useless.
This china definitely beats any Wuhan. From behind a drum kit it may seem slightly ringy if you were expecting a fast decay from audio samples online, but in a mix or further away it is perfect (if you prefer this type of sound, of course). The decay is extremely quick. It is not a splashy china, but produces more of a harsh sound. At the same time harsh usually sounds unpleasant but for a rock china this is a very musical cymbal. Try it!
