Let's be honest, we need "just good enough" bows, and this is it. They are obviously B-stock, kind of bendy side to side, and lose a few hairs right away, but once they wear in just a little, they are reliable. I like them way better than huge, bulky bass bows (these are cello size). Note on rosin, shiny rosin won't apply, you need it to be opaque and dusty. You might have to start it with sand paper. Only reapply to the bow when it's not working right, otherwise you get a sticky mess.

Decent bow

I'm probably not going to use this bow often, but it's pretty decent. Works on cymbals and vibraphone just fine. Great for experimental percussion pieces.

It's cheap. Bow hair started coming off after just the first use on a standard cymbal and kept coming off. This would make for a good vibraphone/marimba bow, however for cymbals it would be worth it to buy a better quality bass bow.
