I love this book! However, I only understood some of what Mr. VanGeem was saying until after I took a lesson from him. It totally changed the way I play Porgy and Bess. There are many great tips for sticking, phrasing, body position, etc. I would highly suggest purchasing this book.... and taking a lesson or two with Jack.
