With almost 20 years of participation with the Santa Clara Vanguard Drum & Bugle Corps, Murray Gusseck is currently the Battery Caption Manager for SCV. His Signature stick, affectionately known as "M-Dawgs", was designed to produce a big sound while maintaining a light feel. With a thick shaft and a medium long taper, "M-Dawgs" offer great balance with enough weight up front to move air through the drum. The slightly elongated tip provides quick rebound with a bright sound that works well on both snares and tenors.

Outstanding!

Comments: a heavy stick to create chops for all quad players, wouldnt use em for snare. Great for max. sound production and great for a budget I would and have recommend this product

Really Thick stick

Comments: This stick is really thick and really heavy. I would equate it to the weight of the dennis delucia stick except thicker. I would not recommend this stick, I would recommend a lighter pair for quad drumming.
