Amazing feel and tone that's hard to come by when looking for the right concert snare. Works well on any piece and is highly versatile. Highly recommend this snare to any concert group.

I have gotten lots of good feedback about the sound and look of this drum - it's a great general purpose instrument. It's nice to be able to "mix and match" the snares, though I generally leave all 3 on - they respond differently at different dynamic levels.
