IT IS A GREAT STAND FOR BONGO, CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH IT.

Attaching the bongos to the stand is more complex than it needs to be. LP got it right on this one. Otherwise, it's a nice stand with a good amount of weight to it.

A reasonable price, a reasonable stand. But this is for bongos, and my bongos are a bit heavy. (lucky me!) If you hit the bongos forcefully (and who doesn't from time to time), you can cause self-lowering bongos. I had to solve this problem by getting a memory lock for the shaft. It does not seem to be possible to tighten the screw on the shaft enough to fix the problem - you'd probably strip the threads.
