Great!!!
Such a big bag for carrying all the mallets you need. I use it in conjunction with the Vic Firth Drumstick Bag.Great!
Amazing stick bag, not only does it hold everything you need but it also looks very fancy.Great bag, sucky strap
The strap is a little painful to carry.Duh, winning.
5 is not a high enough number to rate how amazing this bag is. Seriously I buy mallets just so I can put them in this bag. It is the bag to end all bags.VIc Firth Bag
This is the best bag big bag you can buy. It has many pockets, three big enough for music and books, and 2 that can hold smaller items. The bag itself holds more pairs of mallets than I can count and can hold all the way up to bass drum or gong mallets. The leather is very durable and lasts for a very long time.Great
This bag is PERFECT for everything. I have 4 pair timpani mallets, 2 pair marimba mallets, 2 pair xylophone mallets, 3 pair glock mallets, 9 pair of drumsticks, 2 pair of brushes, 3 music folders, a music binder, a towel, a 10x10 trap table, and all of the miscellaneous junk that percussionist need, ie: drum key, pencil, tuners. The outer pockets are getting a bit full with all of the music and whatnot, but the inside pockets for the mallets/sticks could hold twice what i already have in them. The one draw back to this bag is that it is quite large. It does not fit into my high school percussion locker. Great buy for anyone with lots of stuff.Description
This review will be a more detailed description for anyone wanting to get this bag. The inside has: -16 mallet/stick pockets total (each holding up to 8 pairs of mallets or 7 pairs of sticks over stuffed, 11" x 4") -4 pencil pockets (only cover half of mechanical pencil, may fall out) -2 small pockets (big enough to hold a pitch pipe case completely, 3" x 4") -5 loops for hanging on an instrument (may or may not hold it, it's a heavy bag) Note: When only the bottom is zipped up, some mallets hang out the side as the pocket is wide, but it's no big deal. On the outside: -2 small handles on each side at top and one thicker shoulder strap -The huge main zipper has one of those overhang zippers where it goes out farther than the bag about 2 inches so it can open all the way -3 pockets on front (9" x 16" (zips across), 8" x 16" (zips across), and 18" x 16" (zips around)) -2 pockets in back (17" x 16" (zips around) and 17" x 16" (zips across)) Closed: 24" x 18" Open 24" x 36"The Best
It's truly hard to find any flaws with this bag. First of all, it's huge. This bag has 16 interior pockets for sticks and mallets, plus pencil holders. The exterior is made of a leather like vinyl that maintains the sleek look of leather without all the trouble (keeps the cost down too). The zipper is massive. The outer pockets are very spacious, and allow for plenty of towels, sheet music, tuners, metronomes, etc. to be stored with ease. I've owned this for nearly 2 years and it has been great. I use this for all my snare sticks, xylo, glock, vibe, and marimba mallets. It can get quite heavy, but technically it is designed only for keyboard mallets. But it's big enough to hold all the other stuff, so why not? My only complaint is that the main shoulder strap is a bit awkward and uncomfortable. I would have preferred a thicker strap with a padded shoulder pad. But that said, this bag still easily beats out the competition in this price range (about $50). The other bags in this range are not even close! I would say this bag is just as good as the more expensive equivalently sized models... such as the humes & berg or the innovative. If you have a large collection of sticks and mallets and no where to put them - But this bag!Good bag
I've had this for over a year now, it's a great value for anyone who has lots of stuff to carry. I am easily able to fit 9 pairs of snare sticks, 8 pairs of timpani mallets, 3 pairs of vibe mallets, 2 pairs of xylophone mallets, a pair of bell mallets, 7 pairs of marimba mallets, 8 drum set sticks, 2 pairs of brushes, and tons of my music in hear. The only bad side is that because it's so big it's not that easy to hall around. It also doesn't fit that easily into my storage locker at school and it has a couple of rips in it already after a year. But overall a great buy.angrymom
This bag is gigantic. You should include the dimensions in your description of the product -- 17" tall and almost 36" wide when open. It's also VERY heavy. I would never have ordered this for my student had I known how big it was. Now I get to spend the money to return it.Great Stickbag
As far as size goes, this is the best stick bag that I can find anywhere on the market. The big zipper allows for "over-stuffing" and two zippers allow you to open it from the top or bottom. The leather looks very nice and the multiple outside pockets are very handy. The only problem with it is that there is only one shoulder strap, which will tear at the base if used too often. Other than that this is an excellent stickbag and well worth the low price!! Buy it.- Customer Reviews
