Virginia Tech Percussion Methods Course

The Virginia Tech Percussion Methods Course is a music education course for non-percussionists learning how to teach percussion instruments to K-12 students. Students are required to own the Promark Concert One snare drum sticks, the Simple Steps book, and the practice pad. Instrumental majors who are planning for a career as a future band or orchestra director are strongly recommended to purchase all of these items (either the Scholastic Pack or purchasing implements individually).
