These concert bells are resonant and bright, They are exactly as described , they arrived on time, but something had happened in transit and the item had to be replaced, Jim at Steve Weiss got it ALL right, the new bells were shipped off fast to help me with a deadline. Professional, courteous, and honest... excellent experience.

These are nice, very bright! But they resonate far to long for my ears. Of course, I didn't know that until after I bought them. To remedy that, I cut a thin piece of felt, twice the length of the keyboard, folded it in half so it is the length of the keyboard, then folded it in half length-wise so it's half as wide. Then I tucked it in between the "black keys" and the natural keys. Seems to be fine now!
