I was unable to find an in stock LP model, so i tried the Weiss model. I needed something louder than my wood LP vibra-slap deluxe. The descriptions & reviews are counter to my experience. My wood LP is significantly louder. The Weiss model does sustain much longer & has the delightfully obnoxious tone i was seeking. Shame about the volume.

Great vibraslap! This vibraslap produces a loud, sustaining sound! It will definitely cut through the ensemble, with a resonating metallic sound. A must have in the percussion arsenal!

This vibraslap is significantly less expensive than other brands, has great sustain, and a really good sound. My middle schoolers like it so much that they have become very protective with the vibraslap.
