From the world of opera Roger Svedberg has selected his favourite arias and ouvertures and lovingly arranged them into vibraphone solos. Svedberg's Opera Meets Jazz collection includes music from Lohengrin, Tannhäuser and Valkyries (Die Walküre) (Richard Wagner) La Boheme and Turandot (Giacomo Puccini) and from Othello (Giuseppe Verdi).

The first part of this book contains six pieces for solo vibraphone arranged by Svedberg. The second part contains lead sheets for players to create their own versions (melody line with chord symbols) of the same tunes.
The book also includes the CD where Roger teams up with saxophone player Joakim Milder and pianist Adam Forkelid and plays their version of this unique material.
CD also includes three original compositions: Prolog - Intermezzo - Epilog, by Rober Sveberg and Tomas Hegert.
