Verdi-Aida (perc. and timp. parts ed. by Theresa Dimond) - Product Information
This user-friendly edition of Verdi's Aida contains the percussion/timpani score as well as the separate parts. This great edition was created by Theresa Dimond and has been tested by the percussion section of the Los Angeles Opera. Born out of necessity, Dimond has constructed a time-saving score that intended to be the "performer's edition". By standardizing notation and location of parts, this score combines several different versions of the original score. The rehearsal numbers of this edition correspond to the most recent Kalmus edition and Dover score (the editions used by the Los Angeles Opera).
