Ukena-Tempest

Tempest by Todd Ukena is an advanced 2-mallet piece for solo marimba. This solo has its inspirations from Alan Hovhannes' "Fantasy on Japanese Woodprints". Tempest incorporates different types of accents by having the player play on different parts of the bars and using different stroke techniques. This is a highly recommended two-mallet marimba solo!
