Both Jack DeJohnette and Don Alias are innovative multi-instrumentalists, composers, producers, and band leaders who have performed and recorded with many of the most influential musicians of our time. The two met when they were in the Miles Davis band together, and between them their extensive credits read like a "who's who" in jazz and pop music. Jack's include Bill Evans, John Coltrane, John Abercrombie, Freddie Hubbard, Michael Brecker, John Scofield, Dave Holland and Pat Metheny. Don's include Nina Simone, Eartha Kitt, Blood, Sweat and Tears, Mongo Santamaria, Herbie Hancock, Roberta Flacke, Joni Mitchell, Sting and Jaco Pastorious.
