Decent quality Bamboo Buzz Sticks though not the best I've ever heard. It's always a gamble getting these things by mail order as each one is unique and there is a wide range of quality to be had. At the same time I ordered these I also ordered a pair from another dealer. Both say 'Made in India'. Minor differences in construction would suggest that they were made by different people. Of the four sticks, the pair from Steve Weiss sit in the middle for quality. The other pair has both the best of the four and the worst of the four. And 'worst' is an accurate term as it really isn't very good, though still will get used somewhere at some point. However the good one from that set is really standout good. Just know that some will be better than others, and again, these from SW are surely decent quality.

Came as a set of two, one stuffed inside the other. Both were cracked. I suspect the damage occurred in shipment from the manufacturer in China since they were packaged in a box inside Weiss's packing and Weiss's box was undamaged on the outside. The sound was compromised but useable. They probably sound fairly good when undamaged.
