These were exactly what I was looking for to replace isolators that were 20 years old.

I bought a 40-year-old M250, which was in great shape, except the post isolators were dried out, cracked, falling off, or missing completely. That allowed some of the keys to rattle against the posts, detracting from the otherwise glorious sound of the instrument. It took only about an hour to replace all of them, and what a difference!

The Musser isolators work well and the sound of the marimba is much more consistent. The marimba is a Deagan so the fit is not the same as the originals so installation was difficulty at times.

Fit my M44 like a glove. Quick and easy installation. The only way to improve is to make a 88 pack.

These fit perfect on our Musser Marimba and Xylo They just needed a little water to lubricate the support so they slide easily on the supports. You will need 100 - 130 of these for each instrument. I recommend replacing all of them if you're going to bother. The original set lasted about 20 years before the rubber started to fall apart.
