Henderickx-African Suite (cello version) (SP)-P/VC

African Suite by Wim Henderickx for cello and percussion. This work is a mixture of Western melodies and African rhythms. The use of a rhythmical ostinato pattern with changing measures and erratic rhythmical accents in a steady meter give this piece a unique character. Also available for percussion and soprano saxophone, and percussion and violin.

Percussion requirements: 2 bongos, 2 congas (small), 5 roto-toms, 2 Thai gongs, finger cymbals
