Almglocken are bulbous steel bells used as a melodic or percussive instrument in music. Sometimes referred to as Tuned Cowbells or Alpine bells, the different pitches were used by farmers to identify different animals in their heard. Over the years the bells have been re-crafted into producing naturally rustic, but rich and distinct tones for use in musical performances. The Weiss Almglocken are hand made in Germany and then hand selected by our overseas contact.
