I really like the difference in sound these mallets produce on my Musser vibes. I bought Good Vibes mallets years ago, and recently starting practicing and playing vibes again. These Joe Locke Deep Tone mallets get a much fuller and rounder tone than my other mallets, and they feel great. The mallet shaft is very comfortable and larger in diameter than many others. These are great mallets for vibes. The service from Steve Weiss was also excellent. I'll be back for other mallets and percussion gear that I probably couldn't find in the local music stores.
