I ordered Black Swamp Timpani Mallets for my daughter. One of the mallets was defective. I called Steve Weiss and immediately got a live person on the phone (Josh) He was very helpful. He said Black Swamp likes to deal with these issues directly and he gave me the number to call. I called them. The person on the phone took our name and address and said we would get a new set in the mail to us immediately not return of the defective set necessary. Great coustomer service by both companies. We have since ordered more mallets and a bag with no issues. They were all delivered promply and in wonderful condition! Thank you Steve Weiss and the "American Made" Black swamp company!

BS super staccato

I purchased this mallet for a recital piece "Aftodditty 2" and they sound and feel great. Unfortunately, BS has changed the adhesive used to connect the shaft with the head. The first pair I received came unglued. Weiss was good enough to replace them and I applaud them for that.
