Bush-Super Hands - Product Information
Super Hands by Doug Bush is a collection of etudes, exercises, and solos for intermediate to advanced rudimental snare drummers.
Each section of exercises features a few short descriptions that tell students what the focus of that exercise should be and what they should set as their priorities and goals. These exercises work to develop important techniques used throughout rudimental drumming and are featured in the included etudes and solos.
Performance etudes are included at the end of each chapter of this method book. These solos are intended to be studied and practiced extensively as a way of providing a musical context for the different skills learned in the 'Exercise' portions, not merely sight read. Students should really take their time learning these short etudes and play them with absolute confidence!
