Carnival Crystals by Jeffrey Parthun is a Grade 1-2 mallet solo for preferable Orchestra Bells! Or it can also be played effectively on other mallet instruments (marimba, xylophone, vibraphone). Basic concepts of mallet playing are well explained in the accompanying "mini lesson".
