12 cymbal felts in a plastic bag! Exactly as described and a good deal at that. I keep a pack in my cymbal bag and a spare pack as backups for those backups.

These are pretty thick felts and there are a lot of them. Worth the money. Probably not the most durable but for the price they are great.
