The DeMorrow 4.3 Octave Padouk Practice Marimba features a bar set designed to deliver a proper sound and feel without resonators. Even though the dynamic range is less than that of a performance instrument, this Practice Marimba draws attention to player skill sets like balance between hands, balance of chords, direction of musical line, control of striking area, and rate of speed of the mallet off of the bar. The instrument comes complete with a height adjustable frame.
