The Dragonfly Percussion hard suspended cymbal mallets are designed for playing rhythmic passages and brighter single notes. They have small brass cores covered in rubber with a tight cloth wrap. They are articulate, clear and very quick to speak, but still sound like a mallet, not a hard stick.
Perfect for passages in the Nutcracker, La Mer, Rachmaninoff Symphonic Dances and countless other passages that require rhythmic clarity without the harshness of wood.
