The DW Design Series gives you Custom Shop quality at a more affordable price. These 8 ply maple shells are built with DW's HVLT method. This means the inner ply's have the timbre grain in a vertical orientation while the outer layer is horizontal. The resulting shells have a wide tonal spectrum with warmth attack and punch.
The 10 ply maple snare drum has a diverse tuning and snare adjustment spectrum allowing the performer to find the sound perfect for them. The snare has a gorgeous lacquer finish that matches the toms and bass drum.

- 16x14 Floor Tom
- 10x8 and 12x9 Rack Toms with Suspension Tom Mount System (STM)
- 14x5.5 Snare Drum
- Shell Material – 8 ply maple toms and bass drum, 10 Ply maple snare drum
