Evans Genera G1 Clear Drum Head

I play a lot of different styles on multiple kits. The Evans G1 is one of the few constants between them. It's an extremely versatile drumhead. I G1 clear for resonant and sometimes batter, but I generally prefer the G1 coated for batter. The G1 & G2 clear or coated are both outstanding Batter heads for anything from Jazz, Country Western, R&B, Gospel, Rock, Southern Blues, Metal, you name it. The G1 Clear is 10mil So it makes a wonderful Resonant, tough as hell, yet elegant, nuanced and clear as a bell!

The head sounds great on both floor and rack tom, however, the rack tom was denting with even the slightest of hits. Sounds great, just zero durability.
